Time flies and I already finished with my third class, one more class and I'm done with the first period. It was a really nice class, even though I was being observed by Alex, I felt very confortable with my students. We were studying and practicing with the same lesson plan which is a review. I brought a warm up, it was about forming sentences. I divided the class in two groups, I gave two sentences in pieces of paper so that the group could form the sentences in the correct way. We work with the appendix 5 and I also brought strip sentences to the class, so that they can recognize the structure of the simple present and the present progressive. This was what I did in my third class, hope you write your comment, take care!! :)

ResponderEliminarGood! It is great that you feel confident at any time of the class. it gives you the chance of viewing the pros and cons of the students and the class as a whole. The practice you had them do helps the students to solidify their learning. Great that you share with us
ResponderEliminarI could see students enjoying the class which is nice. basically because they are putting into practice what they have been studying. I could also observe that most of the activities were for students to practice. I think you were asked to carry the exercises from the handout. that is nice because you did not have to be searching for exercises to do!!!
ResponderEliminarIt seems to be that you have a fine time every time you teach; and that’s a good point because when you enjoy what you do, you do it as best as possible. In addition, it’s great to know that your students understand easily in the way you develop your class and appreciate the activities you carry out…well done!!!
